Hey Everyone!

My name is Mike DeGroot and I am the Physical Education teacher here at Willow Glen Primary school! I also am the Adaptive Physical Education teacher district wide. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in education as well as an additional license in Adaptive Physical Education.

 

What to expect in my class:

  • Students will learn the basic skills sets in many different sport related areas.

  • Students will learn strategies to work with peers, and the benefits that come with working as a part of a team.

  • Students will be expected to work hard, sweat, overcome difficult situations, and work with peers when problem solving during activities and games.

  • Students will have fun!
