My name is Teresa Coplan.  I have enjoyed teaching first grade at Willow Glen for many years!  I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and my Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. As I continue to take classess, I find myself inspired to try new things in my classroom. 

Prior to teaching first grade, I taught four-year-old kindergarten and five-year-old kindergarten.  My teaching (and parenting) experience has given me the wonderful opportunity to observe and be a part of the learning that takes place from birth through high school.  Helping students develop a love for reading and writing is one of the things I enjoy most about my job. It is a pleasure working with the first grade students and families of St. Francis.
