This summer, #WeAreSFSD high school student Valeria Velasquez Hernandez participated in the prestigious AIM program at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Over the course of six weeks, she had the incredible opportunity to shadow a doctor or surgeon once a week. Her hard work and dedication paid off as she earned a well-deserved certificate of completion. Congratulations, Valeria! 🌟
Students had a blast at the #WeAreSFSD NHS Sponsored Halloween Assembly, where they took part in a homeroom door decorating contest, a mummy-making challenge, a scavenger hunt, and a costume contest. 🎃 The highlight was Mr. Keidrowski and Mr. Beaumier's fun competition to find eyeballs in goop, with Mr. Beaumier emerging as the winner! 👀
St. Francis Mariner Athletics extends heartfelt congratulations to our #WeAreSFSD fall season seniors! 🎉 We deeply appreciate the time, dedication, and effort you have given to SFHS and your teams.
The Cudahy/St. Francis cross cross-county team competed at UW Parkside for the WIAA D1 sectional meet. 🏃🏽♀️ Emma Lingongo of St. Francis led the way on the women's side finishing 9th in a time of 21:53 and earning a spot at the WIAA State Meet next weekend! 🏃🏻Sam Jacobi was the first Saint Francis male finisher running a time of 18:20. Make sure to wish Emma good luck if you see her! 🍀👍🏻 #WeAreSFSD
